Found my dog going crazy at this lizard, may have even injured it (tail is missing). It is still alive, although not sure if the injuries are lethal or not. I moved it out of the fence and it seemed pretty tired but it may have just needed a rest after dealing with my pooch. If my dog did lick/bite it, is it poisonous? I've seen smaller, green lizards around but nothing that looked like this before.
