Lodha World One - neighboring compunds in Lower Parel, how this is in Worli?

Lodha World One is in between Kamala Mills and Empire Mills. Both use address as Lower Parel. How government permits Lodha World One as Upper Worli. Now their website (website pic attached) mentions pin code as 400013 but uses Worli in address openly. Now they seem to done awsy with word "Upper" as well. Is this legal?

Walking On a zebra crossing with a small baby in your hand, a few bikes zoom pass you!!!

You are crossing road in Mumbai or Thane at Zebra crossing on a green walking signal and you have a baby in your hand. A few bikes (they have red signal) still jump and go pass you. What's the first thought that comes to your mind?

What would you do if law allowed you free hand to deal with them?
