What software do you have to use every day that somehow makes simple things way harder than they need to be?

I mean the specific stuff. The 14 clicks to do one basic task. Documenting the same thing in three places. The search bar that never finds what you typed in exactly. Alerts everyone ignores. Systems that don’t talk to each other. Random freezes. Weird workarounds everyone knows about but nobody officially admits exist.

What do you use the most, what does it actually do well, and what do you wish someone would fix already?

Bonus points for the most “there is no way the person who designed this has ever worked a shift” moment.
