I don’t know if it’s okay to post this here, but I’m really worried and honestly don’t know who else to ask since I have no one around me with experience.

I’m looking for good parrot pellets that are available in Bahrain for my 2.5-month-old Indian Ringneck parrot.

He still eats cereal mix and seeds, and I also give him fruits and vegetables. However, I’ve heard that pellets should make up more of their diet than seeds.

Another thing I noticed is that whenever he eats a lot of fruits and veggies, his poop becomes watery, which makes me concerned.

I’d really appreciate advice from experienced bird owners or parrot keepers:

•	What should a 2.5-month-old Ringneck mainly eat?

•	How much seeds vs pellets vs fruits/veggies should give?

•	Is watery poop after fruits normal?

•	Any recommended pellet brands available in Bahrain?

•	Any feeding tips for young parrots?

I’m very worried and just want to make sure I’m feeding him properly and keeping him healthy.
