Should I start a major just to get to my dream exchange program in Japan?
My dream is to live among the Asian, Japanese, look at them, see them. To walk along night cities, be free, unlike in Poland where I live with my mother.
I previously studied biotechnology, tried to retake organic chemistry twice, and failed. I switched to philology. I'm 22 now, but I want to start a major just to get on the exchange program in Japan, which is held every six months/semester. I'm a math major, but I want to study biology to try to improve my GPA. I was previously a humanities major. Japan has always been my dream.
I'm struggling with chemistry. I used to pay for tutoring to stay in the sciences. I'm thinking about using chatgpt to help me understand organic chemistry, at least. I really want that exchange program in Japan.
Should I forget about my dream and go back to English studies, or keep studying for biology in hopes to get student exchange to Japan.
