To everyone early in their recovery: I am so sorry, I promise you will get here 🤣

I’m currently 16.5 weeks post-ORIF. I actually got the all clear from both my surgeon and PT back at week 12, but in the excitement of being released into the wild, I totally forgot to ask about when it was ok to get a pedicure again.

I’m not in a massive rush, but my poor surgical foot has seen better days. For those who have gone before me, how long did you wait after surgery? Did it feel super weird or sensitive compared to your pre-surgery days?

My scar is definitely 100% closed and has been for many weeks, and I feel a slight tingle when touching the hardware but nothing drastic
