All of my research online has led me to believe this to be a fossilized bison skull. I'm told the full demineralization of the horn is enough evidence to suggest this was buried for a long time.

I created painted cow horn covers. Which is still on the left horn.

What are your thoughts on this? What might be the rarity/value of a fully fossilized bison skull?
