I have female pattern baldness that started in my early 30’s. After menopause, it got much worse. I had a hair transplant 8 years ago that didn’t work. I just completed my first year on oral minoxidil and it did not work. The dermatologist just prescribed me finasteride today. Has anyone had success with this who had no success with oral minoxidil? She wants me to take both and doesn’t want me to stop the oral minoxidil.
