I’m 33, BCL6 3.4, been TTC for 1.5 years. Would rather not do IVF so I have a consult with a surgeon for lap. However, my RE just did an TVUS and said she saw “maybe adenomyosis” because she saw some lines on the ultrasound. If that’s the case, should I skip the surgery and just go straight to IVF? It’s so frustrating there is no definitive way to diagnose these things.
