This can’t seriously be the workflow
I need to know if this is actually how most wellness studios operate because I refuse to believe this is sustainable 😭
A practitioner I’ve been helping manages:
- attendance on paper
- payments on WhatsApp
- schedules on spreadsheets
- reminders manually
- teacher coordination through random chats
- client history through memory basically
And somehow this entire thing functions every single day.
The weirdest part is that the actual classes/studio experience feels super polished from the outside.
But behind the scenes it’s pure operational chaos.
At some point I started building a small internal system for her because ( I come from a design bg and wanted to help ) even tracking who paid for what batch was confusing and all the registers on top of registers had me !!
Now I’m wondering:
is this a common industry problem or am I just seeing one unusually messy setup?
And if so what tools do you use ?
