I am spending a week in Buenos Aires, and would appreciate restaurant recommendations for nice (not super expensive, but really good) restaurants to visit around the San Telmo area.
No particular food choice (just looking for great atmosphere and good food) for a couple to visit.

Also, is it safe to walk the area in the evening, or is Uber recommended in the evening.

Third question: Are there fresh food markets worth visiting (I know about San Telmo, and looking forward to visiting- any other recommendations?)

Fourth question: Is it safe to go for early morning
runs around the San Telmo area?

Lastly, any suggestions for grocery/ supermarket type stores for basic items?
