Issue: No heat in apartment for 81 days. Tenant notifed city code enforcement. Landlord immediately advised tenant to move out in 29 days. Landlord also made entry without 24 hour notice. He cut the cord to only heat/air unit. Other code violations occurred. Tenant has all documentation and photos. Does anyone know of a good tenant lawyer?
