I got an Aurora 16 5 months ago. there's no physical issues or dust or anything like that. even with nothing running, fans are full power every time i open my computer but HWInfo says it's at 34 C and my keyboard doesn't feel warm.

This happened when i noticed in task manager, there were a lot of processes running, so i watched YT videos to try to fix that and deleted some stuff. so i dont think it's a virus or anything.

i reset a bunch of times. i did a cloud reset and updated my BIOS. The fans only stop when i shut it down. i know that the fans are supposed to be loud sometimes, but it's literally at full power all the time even with nothing running or open. also my brightness keys don't work anymore. i dont know what to do.
