This is an appreciation post for u/Broad-Research5220 (Avigyan Mitra) for helping me with a health insurance claim rejection.

He took the time to go through my case history in detail, patiently answered all my questions, and addressed every concern thoughtfully.

I was already confident that my claim is valid and that my documents are in order, but his inputs really reinforced that and gave me the extra confidence to move ahead with the ombudsman route.

Also appreciate the efforts that he puts in here as a mod.
