Hello, guys, I am currently a first year IT student and I am planning on targeting NOC engineer and NETWORK engineer as an IT role.

I have been reading a lot of News articles and subreddit talking about how shitty the IT job market is.

I want to increase my employability while still in college what skills should I build?

and for you guys that has been long in the industry how is it been?

And does grade really matter in industry? Should I focus on projects or on academic first?

Thank you everyone for the advice.

I want to use WSL2 for TOP, should I?
have anyone of you encountered any problems and how's the experience?
