[request] looking for unit, community focused, small teams, beginner friendly, can play as mature 16 year old
I am looking for a unit that can give me a small, consistent PvP focused squad made up of roughly five to fifteen regular players that I can actually get to know and play with repeatedly. The main focus needs to be player versus player gameplay, ideally on public PvP servers or in dynamic conflict environments, rather than scripted cooperative campaigns or internal mission only systems. I want something where I can log on casually, see who is available, and form a group to play together without relying on mandatory events or fixed operation schedules.
I do not want a system built around rigid military hierarchy, long term rank progression, or formal career style advancement.
Training if fine if necessary, I understand the need to be able to support your group and/or team well, and understand commands and gameplay.
The environment should be relatively casual, with an emphasis on teamwork and communication without requiring strict military roleplay or overly formal behavior. I want a group where learning and mistakes are acceptable as part of normal gameplay rather than something heavily enforced through structure.
The actual gameplay should revolve around PvP servers and modes such as King of the Hill, Wasteland, Conflict style gameplay, or similar sandbox combat environments where fights are dynamic and player driven. I am not looking for Zeus controlled operations, scripted campaigns, or PvE liberation style missions.
Overall, I want to avoid large structured milsim units, rank heavy organizations, and campaign based communities. What I am looking for is a flexible, small scale PvP squad environment where coordination is valued, structure is determined in the team/unit informally, and is flexible, and functional, and the group identity is built through regular shared gameplay rather than formal hierarchy or scheduled operations.
footnote: I have never joined a unit, or requested too, sorry if I did not do it right or if I put too much in. the biggest thing, is just that I want to be able to have a little group, one that is casual and I can play with on normal servers, not structured or scheduled. I hope there is something out there like this.
