Hi everyone, I’m feeling completely devastated and stuck. My fiancé is in Haiti and has a scheduled appointment at the US Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas. However, we just found out that the Bahamas is not currently granting entry/visas for Haitian citizens.

We’ve been waiting so long for this and now I’m too stressed to even think straight. Has anyone else dealt with this recently? Is there a specific waiver for embassy appointments, or a way to move the appointment to a different country? Any advice or resources would mean the world to us right now. Thank you.
