Tips on confronting landlord [Ontario]

I’ve been living in my apartment for 8 years now and I have a feeling my landlord is itching to get me out and rent the unit for higher, so I’ve never really brought up any issues with him or pressured him whenever I do.

But now things are getting out of hand. Broken window for nearly a year, leaky sink, catching 6 mice in a week, etc.

Something needs to happen soon because I can’t keep living like this.

Any general tips on talking to him forcefully without pissing him off?

Help me find these again

Hi folks, new to the NB game. I bought these last year on a whim and fell in love. Unfortunately I’ve already worn them out and looking for the same pair, or at a minimum the same type of shoe because they’re the most comfortable I’ve ever felt walking. I forget where I bought them or else I’d just try to find the receipt in my emails.

Any help is appreciated!
