At the end of my SQE 2 exam yesterday, I received an "error" message instead of the usual end exam page. The timer had run out at the time. The invigilator told me it had submitted and not to worry, but I'm still concerned it didn't actually do so.

Has anyone had similar technical issues in the exam and does it autosave your progress? I know I'm likely stressing about nothing but any advice would be appreciated, especially if you think I should submit a mitigating circumstances form.
