Hello, thanks for reading. I had bicep tenodesis done. I am still in a lot of pain 5 months out. I feel another surgery is needed. A recent MRI shows a rotator cuff muscle that is frayed. The doctor shrugged it off as no big deal. I haven't discussed a second surgery with the doctor yet, but will at my next appointment. He put on my last paperwork MMi possible at next appointment. I understand that means the doctor feels I have plateaued in my recovery. How will a MMI rating affect my benefits? I don't have an attorney because my employer has treated me well and I don't want to terminate my employment. Also, if possible please advise of options and probable outcomes. Thank you.
