I live in west Missouri on a sort of incline that flows towards the back of the two story house. We didnt know how bad it was until it started raining heavy. I can't afford much and there's a crack along the bottom letting water in after a heavy rain. It's along the foundation just behind the top of the slope. I don't see any bulging so far but it lets in more water every time it rains.
