Subletting one large room in a big 3 bed 2 bath apartment right in Packards Corner

Furnished or Unfurnished, can include a full sized bed, desk, dresser, and shelving unit.
Furnished: May 18th - August 28th
Unfurnished: May 18th - August 31st

Down payment would be a security deposit (one month rent plus another half month rent if subletting furnished), and a subletting fee. 

Rent (all utilities included) + Wifi: $1352 ($1338.32 in rent + $13.65 WiFi)

Can talk to landlord about pets,

May rent is covered by us, and can give an unlimited-swipes Charlie card that expires on 5/31 as well! Feel free to ask whatever else as well!
