Protection history in windows keeps removing a threat every 5 minutes and I don’t know what to do.

My instagram account got hacked and I’ve been getting these at least every 30 minutes since yesterday and I’m lost on what to do. Please help me. I think I got this when I was pirating a game but I’m not sure.
