I’m wondering if there are supplements that are good for improving your kidney function? My husband is on lithium and was on a dose that was too high a dose for years and now his kidney function is not normal. His lithium has been adjusted and it’s in the normal range now but the kidney function is still high so I’d appreciate any insight that you have. TYIA!
