Does anyone know what's going on with The Ten Spot beauty bar?

They were open for a while, and then seemingly closed very suddenly and completely moved out. And then from what I understand, many of the employees moved and opened their own salon called Your Beauty Bar.

Now the Ten Spot is open again....in the same unit it used to be in??? What?

Also TShirt Time. Same thing happened but now they're upstairs in the mall.
