I uhhh… broke the old device. Apparently, if my emotions get too out of order… shocks will fly out of my body and electrocute my surroundings. So I got a new device, and the connection is at least clearer for this one. Anyways, I plan on exploring a few areas in the near future. There’s the “Refraction Railway”, One fraction of “The Great Lake”, this “scrapyard area”, I could go back to the “Broken L Corp Facility”, or I could go… investigate a WARP train. Anyways, I’m open to suggestions, so let me know!

So in my last log, I was able to establish some communication with you all! Unfortunately, two way comms seem to be a little choppy, and there’s this weird noise cutting in. Anyways, I was at this food joint called the Darius, when I overheard some talk about a fallen L Corp Branch. I’m thinking, “Maybe this has some leads as to what happened to me!” I go in there, and I use some enkephalin I find in there to turn on the power. I’m looking around, digging through some crates when I come across some strange weaponry. I took them ‘cause maybe they’ll fetch some ahn. One looks like a weird fleshy sword with eyeballs, one looks like a giant poorly encased metal hammer, and the last one is just a set of pistols. I was looking in the mirror when I noticed something.

My Eyes. They are a weird purple-ish color now. For context, they used to be black before I ended up in U Corp. I feel like something is definitely wrong with me, with the electric sparks coming out of my body, my unnaturally large energy reserves, and my eyes changing color. Anyways, there are a few more places I have to check out, but I’ll keep you all posted about them once they are done. Let me know if you have any info on the weapons.

The ocean will always look nice to me. Whenever I took a train to U Corp. I always stopped for a bit to look out into the ocean. This is a smaller update, and I hope this works… but I managed to restore some form of communication! It is a little choppy, but some of the electric sparks from my body went into a phone, and it powered on this forum that I used to communicate initially. I’m still recovering from the incident before, but I figured out something cool I can do. If I focus reallllly hard, I can channel some of the energy from my body into a shockwave, and it blasts everyone away! Idk if it has to do with the lightning or vengeance tattoos, but It’s really helpful. Anyways, could you guys try saying something to see if comms work or not?

So, more things happened again. I was out completing vengeances, when I was jumped by a whole gang of enemies. 3 Shi members, 3 “Stray Dog” syndicate members, 3 “Full-Stop Office” Members, and a Proxy of the index. I was confused that they were all working together due to their conflicting affiliations, but I was just focused on survival. I’ll be honest with you all, I got my behind handed to me. I killed the proxy first, then killed the Shi, but got shot pretty bad by the gun men. In hindsight, I shoulda taken them out first. I took them out after, but it didn’t really matter. The stray dogs almost took me out. One member, however, made the mistake of mocking me, asking what I fought for and telling me I was useless. And honestly, that got me to question myself a little. I asked what it was all for, and if I even should continue. I was part of a huge corporation, I worked my butt off to get there and be someone important, only to get my happiness cut from me in an instant. Then, when I thought I found refuge in the middle, I had been displaced to the middle of nowhere, stranded doing mindless jobs. Was it even worth it anymore? Then…

A voice.

It was comforting… Nice and pleasant. The voice… helped me up. It asked me something similar to the stray dog guy did. What I believed in… and if it was all worth it. And after a while… I reconsidered. Sure, things were down, but things got better. It was always like that, and I just had to keep pressing on. Sure, I lost a lot, but I still got more. I found family! I’m a part of something bigger now, and I have my brothers to back me up. I didn’t need its help. Then… I felt a burst of energy. I saw… petals? Around me..? I didn’t matter. I felt reinvigorated, and I swiftly executed them. I quickly escaped somewhere safe, as the Night in the Backstreets was about to occur. Things are crazy man… I don’t know what this power is, but it might have something to do with what happened on the train, when that lightning bolt ran through me. Anyways, it went away after a while, and I don’t know if I can summon it again, but I’m just happy to be alive. So… any more vengeances I can do for you all?

Gonna skip the formalities, ‘cause this is a long one. Long story short… I fought hard and got beaten half to death. So remember the “Dieci” guy? He wasn’t from the Dieci. After he killed the rats, I decided to sneak him, and I was landing a few hits… Until he whips out R CORPS SINGULARITY?!?!?!? So I’m like WTF why does a random Dieci have access to claw tech, and then he whips out techniques used by the index, ring, seven association, and more. Naturally, I was terrified. I SOMEHOW managed to kill him, although I was on my last legs and about to die. Thankfully, a great sibling of the middle came in and saved me, slamming him into the dirt and beheading him. I, of course, thanked him with all my soul, and asked if he needed any help, but he was good. I checked my pockets afterwards and discovered some books, some with R corp’s logo, others with a big 7 on them, etc. I’ll keep em on me, but IDK what they are for. Afterwards, I headed to this bad called the Sentenza. The barkeep was pretty nice, and the folk around there were chill as well. If you notice, I upgraded my outfit! I was able to get these after a while of doing some errands for peeps. Not sure HOW I got them, but they just randomly appeared. Anyways, I think that’s all the important stuff. I haven’t really seen any other people lately. Wonder what that’s about…

Greetings to all who are reading this. I’ve asked around a little and found out I am in a U. Corp Backstreets area. What’s a little concerning is that the Hana are set up around here. I don’t know why a group of big shots are here, but it must mean something in the area is causing a problem. I also saw a little brother of the middle. I asked him where everyone else was, but his responses seemed… empty. Like he was some kind of shell, or a machine. Also, about my condition… I’ve still been feeling kinda weird. I don’t really get tired that often, and haven’t needed to sleep here. Also for being in U Corp, the sun hasn’t really emerged as of late. I’m sometimes seeing sparks of electricity around my body. It doesn’t hurt… but it’s still a little weird. The middle guy… (he wouldn’t give me his name) said something about giving me some chains if I enacted some vengeance on some people, so I’m gonna go do that right now. If you can see this, wish me luck.

Hello? Is this coming in? If it is, then listen closely. If it isn’t… then this is just for my own sake. After the program shutdown, I tried escaping via WARP train to M Corp, as I have some connections near there. Once I got on the train, however, something was wrong. The employee stasis pods were all locked by a J Corp high grade lock, and there were some employees waiting to ambush me. A few L3s and a lot of L2s. I don’t think they thought highly of me, because I took them all down with ease. All the ripping in space however… caused something to go wrong. After I took out the lot of them, there were only 3 remaining. One of them tried to rip space again, but the train started violently shaking. All of a sudden, I felt something hit me, like an electric shock ran through my entire being. The compartment we were on exploded, and I got thrust into the space between dimensions. I lost most all of my gear, and I ended up… somewhere. I’m in some train station, and I’m trying to recollect my thoughts. I feel.. weird. Anyways, I’ll try and see if there’s a group of little siblings around me. I’ll be able to help you out then.
