Offer accepted and now sellers are asking for more money hours later
Hi , so I had an offer accepted late yesterday (£358k) and it was agreed it was to be taken off market in the morning today , the sellers came back to me hours later asking me to counter offer as an offer came through for £360k from someone else who viewed the property after already agreeing with me on a price , I already started solicitor process and I’m quite annoyed but I do love the house … what do I do ?
