So yesterday, around 4:45-ish PST, I got this burn from my arm accidentally touching a hot oven rack. The burning pain stopped eventually, and I’m left with this scab-looking mark.

Been trying to look up what kind of burn this is to see if it’s severe or not (I think it’s 2nd degree) and know how long it’ll take to heal.

If there’s any advice to keep it healing and healthy, that would be greatly appreciated!
