Is there anything that I can do about what appears to be a family business plugging into our electricity box to trim the trees and tidy the garden in our neighbours yard? They've been at it since about 8 this morning but I only noticed they were stealing our electricity. They had come into our yard without permission (its fenced) and my son had noticed them walking past his bedroom.
