White dots in one eye
Help, 3 weeks ago i developped redness burning and horner tranta dots in my left eye only, the medial part, close to the nose, the other half of my left eye is fine, so is my right eye. I went to 3 doctors, each told me something different, phlyctenule but said he wasnt too sure, 2nd said foreign object trauma, third and last said it was allergic and gave me steroid drops. Now i looked up horner tranta dots and they said that they almost exclusively came with vernal or atopic keratoconjunctivitis but i dont fit the symptoms for either other than these dots. Vernal keratoconjunctivitis affects little boys and they outgrow it while atopic keratoconjunctivitis is associated with eczema or asthma which i dont have. Both conditions affect both eyes and cause itching and discharge which i do not have. Im jusr worried cause these conditions coulf lead to blindness and I dont wanna lose my left eye. Could this just be a severe one time freak allergic reaction. I did go to a bonfire 4 days before onset of symptoms and debris/smoke must have gotten in my eyes. I also wear eye makeup like white grainy eyeliner on my waterline and it would break off into these grainy sandy particles could that have been the culprit. Im worried ill never recover and will become blind or not be able to ever wear eye makeup. Any idea what it could be, doctors are not giving me any diagnosis they calling it a peculiar reaction. Could it be atopic keratoconjunctivitis or vernal keratoconjunctivitis even if I have no symptoms other than white dots and only one eye is affected?
