I’ve had PCOS and irregular periods for a long time but when I was younger I would maybe skip 1 month. Now I am 31 and sometimes skip 3 months have random spotting and clots not big (pretty sure it’s still my lining shedding). I don’t experience pain and I don’t take anything for PCOS. I’ve never been on BC in my life. But I wonder if it’s coming with age because it was not like this up until I hit my 30s.
