hi i just got diagnosed with PCOS and i wanted to know how to lose weight that is friendly to PCOS because no matter what diet I try I can’t seem to lose weight. My doctor said I should start taking my birth control again but I don’t want to because I believe that was the base of my weight gain. Before birth control I was pretty fit but now I’m not comfortable with my body. Please advise me on what diet or lifestyle I should follow 🙏
