recently went through a terrible experience at my job and would like to work elsewhere. i love my job and im amazing at it but the company is a mess. after a lot of thinking i just can’t see a future there. haven’t job searched in three years so just looking for tips on my resume. i’m 23 and just got lucky the company i was at threw me into accounting and i ended up loving the field. i have an interview coming up so im assuming its decent but i need some insight because the next job i get i want to be “it”. i’m routine oriented and hate this but know it’ll be worse in the long run if i dont get out now. references are from each company if that matters and two recent ones are same company different locations
