Hey everyone, I’m getting ready to take the NCMHCE for the 4th time… sigh.
I’ve been studying pretty consistently using Counseling Exam, about 2 hours a day. I’ve taken 4 full-length practice exams and scored between 64–69%. When I do individual narratives, I usually score around 9/13 or 7/10, and sometimes even 100%.
I’m scheduled to take the exam next month and starting to feel the pressure. I’ve also used Study Materials from (The Good Neuron) and even ChatGPT for extra practice on certain topics.
For those who passed:
When did you feel like you were actually ready?
Do my scores seem close to passing?
Any tips on improving decision-making within the narratives?
I’d really appreciate any advice or encouragement. Thanks in advance 🙏
