Ok, im located in the US.

Ive been playing guitar for a few years now. I'm ok. I can play, but im not in any gigs, mostly just play for fun in my room.

Bands like led zeppelin and pink floyd got me into guitar, and I have been chasing Gilmour's tone (I know its basically impossible without a lot of money). As ive grown as a player, I've moved on from playing just the pentatonic scale and open chords. I love a good clean tone, but when I get a chance to really turn it up I love a good distortion tone with reverb.

I currently have a squire stratocaster, and a guild starfire.

I bought a fender champion 20 a year into playing because I didn't realize how much of a difference the amp made, and it was cheap and had a variety of tone options. But man I regret it, I really hate the sound of it.

After demoing a couple amps at a local store, I fell in love with tube amps because the sound is buttery smooth when clean, and I love the responsiveness when you push the limit of the amp.

I really cant see myself getting a solid state amp to be honest, I hate the digital sound. Probably looking to spend at most 300, new if possible, but im ok buying used if the deal is right. Thinking about a vox or a fender pro Jr. Any advice is appreciated.
