My EIDL has a personal guarantee as I was a sole proprietor. Balance went from $52K to $80K once CBE got it. I can’t file a BK until August 2028. Any stall tactics to keep from a garnishment happening?
My defaulted loan is with CBE and it has not hit my credit but I am in the process of moving before end of year. Anyone know if this is going to keep someone from renting a new place? My original loan was 52K and now at 80K with CBE. No I have not contacted them.
Anyone receive an email from Labaton about the settlement being ready to send this week? I can’t find my claim ID anywhere. Anyone received any payments yet?
