Hi guys I was thinking of getting a 2Bhk in Marina shores since they have the water view.

I’ve been tracking the prices, and they finally are at a level where it makes me more comfortable. However, I’m not really well versed with the area, I just know that it’s a new Emaar property so it should be of good standards and hold its value.

To the Marina locals, how is the traffic situation around that side of Marina? Has it gotten better or worse. Also if someone is well versed with the Marina market - is this a good building in terms of amenities / price. Are there better options for a similar range? Thanks
