I'm thinking of getting rhinoplasty, heavily leaning towards yes, I was going to get it in March, but my surgeon canceled because we found out I needed rib cartilage, my nose has no support inside, and the surgeon told me if we don't use rib cartilage the result wouldn't be good.

I have thick skin and a very wide tip, could using rib cartilage help me have a somewhat defined tip? Im scared of getting rhinoplasty just to have a subpart result.

Any advice is welcome.
