NAS Recommendations for Home Media
I've been building up copies of physical and digital media for a while now, and am also getting fed up with streaming services, so I've been looking into getting a NAS. I'm techy, but not at all experienced in things like this. What would be the best option to go with for movies and shows, as well as music and photos. It's not an insane amount, but I'd probably want at least 16TB of storage. I know that UGreen has a sale going on, and I've research their products a bit, and would probably want the 4-Bay device. My big issue, though, is finding the drives. I know that we're all suffering here with AI sucking up all the RAM and hard drives, but would it really be worth it to spent upwards of $1,200 on four 8TB drives? I just want to make sure that what I'm getting will be nice and last a while. Apologies for any confusion, I'm not well versed in any of this.
