Alien Rescues Me As I Stop Breathing In My Sleep?
No one believes me but I swear this happened and I dont know how to attempt to explain it.
My husband and daughter were with me and they kind of believe me because they heard me and saw me struggle, but they didn't see what I saw. I don't know where to post things like this so sub reddit alien is my first attempt.
It's the middle of the day, I have asthma, I ran out of my prescription, and I'm sick as a dog. I'm sleepy, having trouble breathing because of my asthma & cold mix. So I'm laying there, on my side, looking straight accross out of my big living room window. My husband is sitting in the chair next to my head and my daughter is sitting in the chair next to my feet, they're both watching t.v.
As I lay there, I'm slowly drifting off to sleep, but not completely. Like my eyes are still open and I can see and hear, but then I feel my self slowly drifting to sleep. I kind of mini panic because I think if I fall asleep, I'll stop breathing. I try to wake myself up, but I'm suddenly in this sleep paralysis state and I'm thinking, oof, I can't really breathe too well and I'm drifting off, I need to yell to wake up completely. Mind you, I'm conscious, I can see, I can hear, but I can't move or speak.
I start yelling, but nothing is audibly coming out, trying to get myself up and I can't. All of a sudden, I literally see the face of a black alien, but it's like almost as a shadow face because it's blurry, but I see his face as if he is knelt beside the couch, looking at me. He reaches out his hand to my mouth and I INSTANTLY gasp and wake up completely. I sit up on the couch and both my husband and daughter are staring at me. My daughter asks if I'm ok because I was mumbling a lot, then just gasped. My husband just shrugs it off because I typically talk in my sleep and it doesn't surprise him. I tell my daughter that I'm fine, but were you just in my face? She says no and laughs. I'm confused, but I lay back down and chuckle too.
Now, I lay back down, trying to ignore what I saw as me just being crazy. Instantly, within seconds, I am back in this state of half awake, half asleep, and I feel myself not breathing again. Again, I try to scream but nothing is coming out, I try to move but I'm paralyzed. Again, this things appears before me and does the same motion, but it stops right before my face with his hand and just kind of looks at me a couple seconds longer, as if to say, don't fall asleep again, why are you not learning. I stare at him for just like 5 seconds, then he raises his hand again reaches for my mouth and I instantly wake up again. My family doesn't acknowledge it this time, but I instantly got up and drove straight to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription.
I've had weird things happen to me all my life. Sleep paralysis has happened to me before, but I've never been this more awake during them. I'm telling you, its like my conscious body was fighting my sleep, but my exhaustion was winning, I couldnt breathe, and a guardian angel alien or something was trying to help me, but not startle me. Just pop in, give me a healthy dose of oxygen, then I'd wake up.
I dont know, it was weird and it was so real. I've had loud bangs, 3 knocks (idk why 3 matyers, but I feel like it does), and shouts wake me up from sleeping and nothing was there. I've heard my name being called clear as day during the day and I'm all alone, no one around, like someone just said my name right up against my ear. I've had vivid dreams of places where years later, I've experienced exactly what was in those dreams but in real life, ever since I was a little kid. Like weird shit has happened so often that I'm kind of immune to it, but this experience was very different from the others.
To myself, I know what I saw was real, but unexplainable. Has this happened to anyone else? Do you think it was an actual visit? In my mind, why would I even be worthy to be saved? I don't even know my purpose so that's the weird part, why? I don't know, open to your interpretations!
