Trying to repair/replace a bad battery

Trying to repair/replace a bad battery

Hello,

First I wanna start with how much I love My A50s. Theyre by far and a way the best headset ive ever used in my nearly 30 years of life. Fantastic headset, comfy, and high quality for gaming and music alike.
I unfortunately am experiencing an issue where they just turn off all the time and can be really finnicky turning them back on. well, this time, theyre fighting me more than ever. It happened when I set them on my desk and they got knocked off and hit the ground pretty hard (I have a standing desk) And after messing around with them for a long time i got them working again for a couple months without issues. but yesterday it started again and theyre even harder this time to get working.

It seems clear to me, with my extremely limited amount of hardware experience, that the battery likely has a bad connection to the rest of the device. they charge just fine. the dock reads them as fully charged. I CANNOT afford to buy a new headset right now as im spending a ton of money on an international trip in the very near future. So i wanna just try to jimmy this connection right, or buy a new battery. Unfortunately, despite taking all the screws out of the device i cant get this board off (without fear of breaking it!) so I can see the connectors to the battery.

Whats the safest way to remove this board? I wanna get this working again as I dont have a backup pair of headphones i can use.
