How to start as an Independent Loan Originator
Before you tell me to go to a small brokerage in my area, I've already done that.
I want to know if there are other options out there where I can work remotely as a 1099, still build a book locally, but deal with reliable support from processors and underwriters.
I keep hearing about online mortgage marketplaces and national mortgage providers but I want to know who actually is good for beginners or novices.
I'm sure this post will help others.
