I've never done this job before so I don't know if this is good or not:

$3600 first month base, commission only after that. 6% on parts and labor for customer pay, 4% on warranty. To get bonuses, you need 10 surveys minimum and KPI must be above group average.

Bonus: $25 for a set of tires + $10 for alignment. 2.25% additional on customer pay if sales for the month are $62,000 or greater. I saw last month's sheet and the lowest of the group was at $70K customer pay. The highest was over 200K. This place actually ranks very high in customer pay totals vs. warranty.
