Is 250 fair for Trek 2000 Alpha SL?

This would be my first road bike, and I’m already not seeing many options in my area for an XS frame (I’m 5’ 2”) so I’m very tempted to take this instead of waiting for another option to come along.

Meeting the seller on Wednesday to check it out. I already know how shifting works but anything I should keep an eye out for? From the pictures, does it look like there’s anything wrong? This would be my first time buying a second hand bike too.

The seller is also throwing in a toolkit, lock with key, bike carrier for this price. Thoughts?
