I’m sorry, but I’ve been seeing a bunch of twenty year olds showing what they used to look like when they were a skinny 14 or 15 year old to show their progress. In my opinion, going that far back kind of negates the intention of a progress post. You were a kid! Very few have the gym as a priority at that age, not to mention the food intake as well. So of course it you will look different!
Also, that is an age when you’re starting to develop, regardless if you’re going to the gym or not.
I get that it makes for a more impactful effect as a post, but it’s not entirely realistic if you ask me.
