Ive read through a lot of other threads and such and I know its possible I could try to refine technique, use different blades, get a better lather etc but I am purely interested in trying out a more aggressive razor. Idk whether Im seeking a greater blade gap or blade exposure but its just something im curious in testing out because I think a more aggressive/blade might be something that could help me as I have dark course hair that I usually need to do multiple ATG passses to get something Im happy with and it shreds up my face.

I did read something about artificially increasing the blade gap by cutting the ends off a blade and putting it inside but Idk if thats a good idea or not.
