How can i recreate a theme similar to something on themeforest? all my websites i create look like school papers

i found a theme i love but it doesnt come with the stock photos and some things are broken and colors need changed. is this something i can do easily as its a elementor and wordpress theme? or where can i find a service as a business starting out that doesnt have thousands to dish out and just needs a decent looking website so i got the corporate feel with the solo quality of work
