Where do you find quality game map builders for indie games?

I have recently embarked on building a low poly indie game with my brother and cousin. My brother does the coding, I do the game design, concept, functionality, balancing, etc. However, I have taken on the project of map building in Unity and have realized how much work it takes to make a well put together and optimized map.
Obviously, being a low poly game, it doesn't need high definition, but I am very detail oriented person who like to make the environment have personality. I built a majority of the map but due to my other responsibilities in this project, I don't have the time to keep learning and building the map in Unity. The nature of our game needs multiple maps, so I had a level designer on Fiverr create our starter map which is much smaller and requires less detail, but quality was still much lower than mine. I'd love to pay someone to complete my map, but I have found it to be a struggle to find map builders who have a high level of attention to detail and understanding.
My question is: Where do you find high quality map builders for projects like these? I have searched Fiverr top to bottom and everyone is eager to take on the project rather than communicating and gaining a full understanding of the project before jumping into it.
