Hey, so I just made it to state in the 300m hurdles and the 4x1. Im a freshman and this is my first time going to state in high school. I mean I made it in middle school but Im going to assume that its a whole different ballpark. If you guys could give me any advice, please do! Im not really sure whats up lol!
