I shouldn’t be getting my period rn but I am?

Hii people’s! To clear up the very vague title I’m on a birth control where I only get my period every 3 months. I’ve been on this birth control for over a year now with no problems except occasional spotting which is normal for me. I already had my period last month near the beginning/middle of the month. My cramps were definitely there but not as bad as before I was on birth control(I would have to go to the ER and get muscle relaxers bc the cramps were so bad). Cut to now I’m once again on my period and the cramps are worse than when I wasn’t on birth control. As of now it kinda hurts just to talk?? That’s definitely not normal. In my 3 month supply for my BC the very last week of those 3 months are basically placebo pills it doesn’t have any hormones in it and that’s when I’m supposed to get my period. Currently I’m at those pills and having my period but ever since I started that birth control theres been maybe one time other than now that I’ve actually gotten my period on that very last week. My doctor has raised concerns about endometriosis and has said if the BC I’m on now doesn’t work out I’ll probably have to get tested for it. The thought of that is so scary to me to but I’ve already tried 3 different birth controls(implant, 1 month pill, now on 3 month pill). Do I tell my doctor to just test me for endometriosis or do I just wait it out and see if I’m overreacting?? There’s a lot of thought Ive put into possibly having endometriosis and all of them terrify me. What if one day I decide I want kids and all of a sudden I can’t because I’m infertile. I’m just kinda scared so really any kind of advice would be helpful.
